How Our Network Works

Know which business you are speaking with
When you contact Stanneshelper Tree Service, you are using a referral service. The aim is to connect your request with an independent local provider. Ask the person receiving your request to identify the business they represent and explain the next step. Before arranging a visit, confirm the name of the provider that would assess the tree and carry out any work you approve.
Give the provider a picture of the job
Imagine a fallen limb across the driveway with part of it resting on a shed. Explain those details first, from a safe location. Mention whether anyone can access the property without approaching the damage. For emergency tree removal, ask about current availability. If wires are involved, stay away and contact the utility or emergency services as appropriate. A referral request does not replace an emergency response.
For planned work, describe the tree's location, nearby buildings and the route from the street. Photos may help if the provider accepts them, but do not approach a damaged tree to take them. The provider may need a site visit before giving a firm quote.
Put practical questions to the provider
An assessment is a chance to learn what the job includes. You might ask:
- What is included in the written price, and what could change it?
- How will equipment reach the tree and avoid nearby structures?
- Who checks permit requirements and arranges any utility coordination?
- Does the price include hauling away branches and logs?
- Is stump grinding included, and who handles the remaining chips?
- What insurance documentation can you provide for this work?
If something is unclear, ask for an explanation before signing. Keep the final scope and any later changes in writing.
Explain what matters around the house
A narrow side gate or a sump discharge pipe may affect the equipment route. Point out features that could be hard to see, including irrigation lines and basement window wells. Tell the provider if you plan to sell, replant or add a fence. Those plans can affect cleanup choices and the condition you want the area left in.
You decide whether the project goes ahead
A referral is an introduction. You choose whether to accept the provider's quote and arrange the work. Confirm the appointment directly, including how the provider will contact you if plans change. Use the request form when you are ready to describe the project and discuss a visit. Stanneshelper Tree Service handles the referral role; the independent provider handles the service agreement and tree work.
Reach a local provider
Tell us where the tree is and what has changed. Request a connection with a local provider to discuss the job and an appointment.
