Accessing and Using Our Website

Last updated: October 2026
Stanneshelper Tree Service wants stanneshelper.online to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach to accessibility. It is a general template, not legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings and a sensible order for page content
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with good color contrast
- Access to site functions using only a keyboard
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain language that is easy to understand
- Clear labels on form fields
Areas That May Need Work
Parts of the site may not yet meet these standards fully. We may not control third-party content, including embedded tools. We review the website periodically and address problems as we identify them.
Getting Help Another Way
If a page or feature is difficult to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send an email to contact@stanneshelper.online. We will do our part to help you.
Reporting an Access Problem
We welcome comments about website accessibility. Write to contact@stanneshelper.online and describe:
- Which page or feature caused difficulty
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review your message. Our aim is to respond within a few business days.
Accessibility During Updates
Work on accessibility continues as the site changes. We will consider accessibility when updating the website and continue making improvements.
