How to Raise a Complaint

Independent tree provider discussing a backyard tree with a homeowner

Last updated: October 2026

Stanneshelper Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to complain and how we handle complaints. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

You can raise concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Stanneshelper Tree Service by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, the usual first step is to discuss it with the provider and keep a written record.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated problems may lead to a provider's removal. Stanneshelper Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Send your complaint to contact@stanneshelper.online. Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of what happened and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Complaints

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with complaints involving licensed contractors.
